Tufnell Park Victorian mansion, twentysomethings

Hello!

We have a great apartment here in Tufnell Park. I'll be leaving, so a spot will open up for a new person beginning on May 16.

About the House:
It's a 7 bedroom, 4 story house with 3 bathrooms. The rooms have 14-foot ceilings, huge windows and fireplaces. The garden in the back is great for bbqs. The room itself comes fully furnished with a double bed, desk, chair, 2 couches, wardrobe and rug. The rent is 200/week plus bills.

We all get along very well and hang out together, but we also have our own lives and do our own things. Ideally we're looking for someone who is social and won't spend all of their time alone in their room.

About the Area:
The house is about a 5 minute walk from the Tube, and there are several buses that go to King's Cross, Tottenham Court Rd., etc. Camden is about a 15 minute walk. You can reach Hampstead Heath in 15-20 minutes. The Tufnell Park Tavern is a great local pub with trivia nights, etc and a small cafe, and it's only 5 houses down from us. Right across the street from that there's a Budgens. Tufnell Park itself is just behind our house and can be reached by walking around the block. Finally, the intersection around the Tube stop has a gym, pharmacy, Sainsbury's, butcher, fishmonger, several convenience stores and cafes, thai, ethopian, italian and indian restaurants, etc. Holloway Road is about a 10 minute walk, and there you'll find an Odeon cinema on the corner, Marks & Spencer, Holland and Barrett, Argos and other stores.

John is also moving out in August to return to school, so you would have the opportunity to select the next tenant to replace him, but you wouldn't be responsible for extra rent if the room goes unfilled.
