Double room in big Tufnell Park house & garden

A housemate is needed to join 4 other friendly occupants of a great 5-bedroom house in Tufnell Park. The previous 5th housemate is moving out as relocating to Oxford.

Double room, very smart shared bathroom (shared between 2 - the other 3 have their own bathroom), huge living room with double doors through to second living area, large eat-in kitchen, together with loads of outside space (well-kept garden, patio and first floor roof terrace). We're rarely all in at the same time, but even if we are, there's more than enough room.

Housemates are independent, but sociable and occasionally try their hand together at the local pub quiz. If you don't know the area, there's plenty to do on the doorstep- lots of great local gastropubs, bars, cafés, plus Giles Coren vets all the local places to eat out (he's a local). Sainsbury's local/Budgens plus some great local shops (including a fishmongers, bakery, butchers and greengrocer). The Heath 15mins, Odeon cinema is 10 mins and big supermarkets on Holloway Road and in Camden.

Landlord very reasonable and friendly.
