I'm looking for a full time student to take over my contract for an en-suite room at Tufnell House. The start date can be anytime and the contract ends September 2, 2016, which can obviously be extended after that. I'm paying £992/month now but I would pay for a discount to £850/month.
The room is suitable for disabled access, and has double the layout of other en-suite rooms in the building (so an area of 24 square meters instead of 12 square meters).
- All bills are included, including 100Mbps Wi-Fi.
- Twice the size of other en-suite rooms in the building.
