The room is a large single room or small double.
We both work full-time and tend to spend weekends with our families in Hertfordshire so won't be in the flat very much.
The flat has has lots of light. All the sash windows are brand new and very well insulated.
The landlord will provide a brand new bed if you need one - you could fit a double bed in the room but we would recommend a 4 Foot (small double) Bed with storage underneath.
Everything is brand new: the kitchen, the bathroom, the windows, the carpet, the furniture - everything!
Very Good EPC rating so low bills!
The location is amazing with newly opened Tuffnel Park and Kentish Town under 5 mins away and Hampstead Heath on our doorstep. The street is residential and very quiet with good parking.
