Big Double Room In Bright Flat. 7 Days Or Mon-Fri

The flat: it's a very light and bright top floor flat in the lovely Tufnell Park (also very close to Holloway Road/archway/Kentish town). It has a nice good size kitchen with a dining table and a bathroom. It's split level and the stairs and landing window are a great feature that make it feel more spacious.

The room: technically it's the living room but I have grand plans for the property and therefore on a temporary basis (about 12 months) will be renting it out whilst I save up to do the work. It's really big, freshly painted and it's furnished with a double bed, side table, shelves and rail. It could easily fit armchairs or a sofa in it to make up for the lack of living room. I'm looking to fill it asap

Specifics: Currently I am considering both full time and Mon-Fri lets as I'm not sure how best it'll work and I'm very flexible. Im hoping that finding the right person will answer that for me. It's £650 inclusive of all bills for the 5 nights and exclusive of bills for 7 (that'll be £100 on top so £750 all in). This includes wifi and a fortnightly cleaner.

Who with: I'm Laura, 33, a graphic designer and I have recently bought the flat. Im easy going and am out and about a lot going for dinner, drinks, to exhibitions, gigs, the cinema... The usual stuff.

You: will be respectful, tidy and looking for a home not just a crash pad. I appreciate that the missing living room could be off putting but I'm really keen for the kitchen to be a social space where we can share the occasional meal/glass of wine and a chat at the end of the day as well as watching the occasional film in either room. I am definitely not a closed-door person!
