I work in media in central london and my wife is an actress/musician.

We are looking for a clean, considerate, friendly and tidy professional aged 25-40 preferably working regular hours.

Tenant needs to be cat friendly.

The room is in a semi-detached house with a small patio garden in a quiet residential street in chiswick.

There is a shared modern bathroom with shower and an additional toilet on the ground floor.

Separate dining room and sitting room allow for space/privacy if needed.

Kitchen has gas hob, washing machine and dishwasher etc. House has central heating.

Broadband available.

It's a non smoking house.

I'm a musician and am quite often out and about doing gigs and a bit of rehearsal at home.

My Wife and I are keen runners and will often be out early morning for a run or a swim.

It's a sociable house and not a party house.

Location and Transport details as follows.

10min walk to Turnham Green Tube on District & Piccadilly Line(Stops here before 6. 45am and After 10. 30pm)

5 min walk to 94 Bus - Acton Green to Piccadilly Circus 24 Hour. 94 Also goes to Shepherds Bush, great for Central Line and Westfield.

Chiswick high road with all its restaurants bars and coffee houses is a 10 min walk, as is a big Sainsburys.

Room is £700 inc bills(Gas, Elec, Sky, Cleaner, Council Tax, Water)
