Lovely double room in Hammersmith

Sadly am moving in with a friend so am looking to fill my good-sized double room. It's in a mansion block on a quiet tree-lined street 4-min walk to Stamford Brook station on the district line, 8-mins to Turnham Green on Piccadilly Line and a walking distance to Hammersmith - so amazing transport links.

The 3-bed flat has a large lounge, kitchen and bathroom with a separate bath and shower. You'd be living with two friendly, sociable flatmates Emily and Keith in late 20's/early 30's, so very much looking for a similar person to replace me.

Must be clean, easy going, up for a laugh and watching a bit of trashy TV over a glass of wine every now and then.

The room is 850 (750 + 100 for bills) including all bills: TV, broadband, weekly cleaner, house supplies, council tax and utilities.

We're looking for professionals only over 27. The room is available 1st March, but can move in from weekend of 27th Feb.

It comes furnished - a double bed, a new wardrobe and a bedside table/drawers. If you don't want the bed or chest of drawers that can be arranged.

Viewings are happening on Monday 1st Feb and Wednesday 3rd Feb at 7:30PM. and Saturday 6 Feb and Sunday 7th Feb at 2PM.
