Located in a quiet area it has great transport links to central London with the 94 bus stopping right at the end of our street. There are 2 local pubs, a hairdresser and a corner shop 1 minute down the road. Smoking has to be outside but we have a nice little courtyard area for that too! The room available is a double with onsuite and built in wardrobe. The onsuite contains shower, toilet and wash basin. There are double french doors which lead directly out to the backyard too so the room gets plenty of natural light. We have a big lounge and dining area and the kitchen is fully equipped too. There is unlimited broadband internet and electricity and gas are on pay-as-you-go so the bills are easy to control. council tax is roughly 45 pound/p month each. The house is very homely and would suit someone who would treat it as such. Must have a good sense of humour and be willing to contribute to keeping the place clean and tidy.
