My flatmate is sadly leaving me to move back home so I’m looking for an awesome couple to replace her. You’d be sharing with me, a 28 year old girl working in a translation agency as project manager. I’ve lived here for 7 months now and love it!

The room going is a double and comes with a double bed, 2 bed side tables and 2 build-in wardrobes – don’t worry, most of the things you see in the pictures will go. The flat is awesome and had just been renovated when we moved in (last October) so there are new carpets and double glazing throughout. There is an open lounge with a kitchen, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, flat-screen TV and new wooden flooring. You really have to see this flat, because me just describing it really doesn't do it justice!

Please note that this is not a party house – I’m looking for a professional, non-smoking (only outside) couple who will make this house their home and treat it nicely. Having said that, I’m easygoing, always up for a laugh and chat and occasional movie nights (I’m with LoveFilm!) with a nice glass of vino ;-) I’m really hoping to find a lovely couple of a similar age and mindset than me.

And now for the cold, hard facts:

The room is £780 per month (exclusive of bills).
Bills (council tax, water, electricity, gas, internet/phone, TV, cleaning products etc.) usually come to about £80 each a month, might be more in Winter, less in Summer.

We have a private landlord (no agency) and he’d like to meet whoever moves into this property so please be prepared to show him a work reference and bank statements. 1 month deposit is also required and the contract is for 1 year (for now).
