This is a flat share in a 5 bedroom property, sharing with 4 other people. The room itself is an absolute gem located in an equally delightful and well spaced flat on the Wandsworth Road. It is situated jut 4mins by bus from Vauxhall Tube, Bus and Rail station and with the added bonus of being in ZONE 1, it is absolutely ideal location for anyone working in Central London.

All bills are fully inclusive of the rent.

The building itself is tastefully Art Deco styled, with the flat in question based on the ground floor. The neighbours are lovely and relaxed but also have a healthy respect for each others privacy.

The flat itself was entirely redecorated around 18 months ago giving it a bright, fresh and clean feel. It is well spaced and has all of the modern conveniences that one could hope for in a contemporary and professional accommodation:

The quiet and well sized DOUBLE ROOM on offer faces east and therefore gets the beautiful rising sun in the morning. In the room there are a few shelves, a fitted double wardrobe and a chest of drawers - should you require more storage I will be happy to help where I can. The bed itself is a solid and well made pine double bed.

So that's it....apart from me of course. Relaxed, fun, professional and sociable. My last flatmate has over the past 2 years become a good friend of mine and I hope that we will too.
The room have a the moment double bed but i can provide 2 single if request .
