We are looking for a housemate to move into a clean, bright and spacious double bedroom in our beautiful flat in Bonnington Square.

The room available to rent is furnished with a table, double wardrobe with floor length mirror and new double bed with storage drawers underneath. The whole flat was recently refurbished in May and has brand new carpet, powerful shower, gas hobs, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.

All bills are included. We have excellent central heating, fast broadband and Sky TV (with sports, documentaries and movie channels).

There is a gorgeous roof terrace equipped with BBQ, where you can sit and enjoy the views. The living room overlooks the charming and peaceful Bonnington Square garden. The area itself is a joy to live in - very green, serene and our neighbours are incredibly friendly. A few doors down you have an authentic Italian deli (very popular with the locals) and your local supermarkets are only a few minutes away (Waitrose and Sainsbury's at Vauxhall station, or a large Tesco on Kennington Lane).

About us, we are a young(ish!) couple, aged 28 and 30, both working in London. We leave the house around 8. 30am and return between 7-10pm. We are very easygoing, very clean, like to cook, socialise and relax.
