Double room available in Vauxhall flatshare

One of our lovely housemates is moving to another country for work, so we're on the look out for a friendly, considerate and tidy housemate for our 4-bed Vauxhall flat.

We're very well located, less than 10 minutes walk from both Vauxhall and Oval tube stations, with heaps of great pubs, clubs and restaurants on our doorstep.

The room comes furnished, with a double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and a clothes rail. The flat has 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom and no living room (sorry!).

Currently living in the flat are three working professionals (2 females and 1 male), ranging in age from 22 to 36. We're friendly, sociable and easy-going (no cleaning rotas and names on food etc), but we respect each others' privacy and want the new housemate to do the same.

We're looking for a working professional - ideally someone who works lates/afternoons/nights, as the rest of us work 9-5, and we don't want to be queuing for the bathroom in the morning!

Rent is £500 per month, excluding bills.

Room is available from November 1st.
