They are self contained but friendly people, and love cooking, growing herbs and vegetables in the little conservatory, visiting art galleries, going to the theatre and exploring all the lovely things the 'stow has to offer.

The house has a huge living area, and a big sunny kitchen leading onto a lovely garden (lovely if you like gardening or barbeques). It has a main family bathroom, which you will share with one other person. There is also a downstairs loo.

Your room is a peaceful garden facing room, with loads of fitted shelf and wardrobe space. It is neutrally decorated and also has a lovely double bed so is ready to move into as is.

Rent is not including bills, which come to about £90 per month per per person (electricity, gas, water, broadband internet & council tax).

The house is 2 minutes walk from St. James' Street station on the overground, which goes to Liverpool street, and 10 minutes walk from Blackhorse Road on the Victoria Line. It is a 10 minute walk from the gorgeous Walthamstow marshes and Lea valley canal.
