Lovely period flat

Looking for a lovely flatmate for a lovely flat.
It's an ex Warner first floor flat with all its original features. It's a decent size double bedroom with a beautiful fireplace. There's also a garden for those sunny weekends.

About me;
I'm 25, I come with a crotchet needle, a like for wild dancing nights aswell as chilled nights in. I like to ramble and sometimes can talk some nonsense. But equally very much enjoy time spent on my own listening to the radio or reading.
I can cook and have mastered my mothers falafel recipe to the T. I am also very fond of tea too.
I'm a nurse and work with an arts charity. I have my own circle of friends but it's always nice to make a new one.
