I have a Double Room for rent in a two bed house located less than 10 minutes walk from Blackhorse Road Station, Walthamstow. Bus stops for the 123, 158, W15, W11 and 230 are just minutes walk away, as are local shops and Tesco express.

The house has been recently renovated with a large open plan kitchen with beautiful granite floors and LED lights.

The living room boasts a large and really comfy corner sofa and massive TV with Sky. There is also a spacious bathroom with bath and shower.

The bedroom is fully furnished with Double Bed, wardrobes, storage and a dressing table.

Sky TV, High speed internet, Water, Council Tax, Gas and Electricity are all included in the rent!

You will be sharing the house with myself, a 30 year old female and my gorgeous Chihuahua, Ballerina.

The room would suit a professional female, who is tidy and considerate and looking to rent for a minimum term of six months.

One month in advance and one month deposit will be required to secure the room.
