I’m looking for someone to join me in my beautiful flat in Walthamstow with brilliant train links.

I'm a designer working for a digital agency in Old Street and tend to be quite busy during the week, so I’m quite keen on quiet evenings as the weekends tend to be pretty busy. I’m clean and tidy, enjoy cooking food with friends, drinks, sports and having a laugh.

The flat itself is beautiful, with lovely high ceilings, large window's (over looking a very nice garden), with ample space and a good sized bathroom. The room (yours) easily fits a double bed and has a beautiful fire piece.

The current flatmate moves out on 24th January 2016 so the room would be available from 25th January 2016.

In the meantime, it'd be great to catch up for a drink/coffee so we can meet and to show you around the flat.
