A great loft room now available minutes from Walthamstow Central (Victoria line tube, loads of buses) and surprisingly useful overground station Walthamstow Queens Road.

Easy access to the centre of London and pretty much anywhere else you like.

Large loft room furnished with a bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, small shelves.

The house is a 4-bedroom Victorian terraced property; fully finished and equipped bedrooms, massive kitchen, big living room, and two bathrooms (one of which will be right next to your room and doesn’t get much use). 2 friendly housemates, one female (a keen gardener so the garden looks amazing, making jewelry, finding antiques) and one male (an aspiring sci-fi/horror novelist, who's into meditation, making music, lefty politics...)

We like spending an evening watching box sets of mystery shows (twin peaks!), playing very nerdy board-games or Raife trying to convince Jo to play PS3 with him XD.

The price is £550 per month excluding bills which are around £26 per week at the moment.
