Lovely Bright Double Room (Sep-Oct)

Lovely bright double room for short term let, beginning 6th September and ending 7th November, in a period red brick two-storey Warner house, set in quiet street, with excellent transport links to city and all of London by bus and tubes (Blackhorse Road/Walthamstow Central).

The room is in a sunny, end of terrace first floor flat with wooden floors throughout. Bedroom is fully furnished with a double bed, drawers and a small table to work. The large window overlooks the garden and gets good sunshine in the afternoon. The garden is accessed through stairs at the back of the flat and gets sun for a good part of the late day. It is in reasonable order and by September should be even nicer. The bathroom comfortable size, bright and with solid slate floor. The kitchen is part of the sitting room, but is spacious, fully equipped and very bright.

You'll be sharing with a very friendly and convivial Argentinian stylist (male) who is courteous and respectful of personal space, yet also chatty and warm.

Shops for everyday bits and pieces are literally minutes away by, with a Tesco Metro 10 mins walk away and much largers supermarkets and everything else you might need in Walthamstow Central which is a 15-20 min walk or a few minutes on the bus. The same bus stop, 3 mins walk away, will take you into Clapton in 5 mins, or Hackney in 20 mins. The newly opened Lea Bridge station will take you to Stratford in 5 mins and is less than a 10 minute walk away.

Rent of £500 per calendar month is inclusive of all bills, including fast wifi.
