Hello! I have 1 large double room available in a lovely, bright 2-bedroom flat which has been recently refurbished. The flat is on the ground floor in a quiet, gated apartment block with a shared garden area. The room has brand new furniture and will have a new large orthopaedic mattress, with two large mirrored wardrobes and a set of drawers - loads of storage space!

There is a spacious lounge/living room area which connects to a fully fitted refurbished kitchen with all the latest mod-cons (dishwasher, etc).

TRANSPORT:
+ 2 minute walk to St James St station (which takes you to Liverpool St in 17 minutes)
+ 10 minute walk to Blackhorse Road station
+ 10-15 minute to walk to Walthamstow Central (or a 2 minute bus ride).


There's also the lovely Walthamstow Marshes just down the road, with lots of walking trails that lead to the rest of East London.

SHOPS/SERVICES:
There are loads of shops, restaurants and cafes within walking distance, including the famous Walthamstow Market less than a 5 minute walk away! The closest Tesco Express is just a 1 minute walk away across the road.

ABOUT US:
We have lived in Walthamstow for 6 months now, and are about to move into this lovely new flat. I work for a start up in Shoreditch, and my partner is a paramedic. In our spare time we catch up with friends and travel quite a bit.
Ideally, I'm after a housemate who is clean, tidy & respectful, and someone sociable who wouldn't mind sharing meals and a glass of wine every so often.

We are moving into the flat on Dec 15th and will be providing more furniture (a large LED TV, coffee machine, etc), and the landlord will be providing a large bookcase, coffee table, etc in the coming weeks.

There will also be high-speed unlimited Virgin Media SuperFibre 50Mb broadband. All bills (gas, electricity, water, broadband, council tax, etc) are included.
