Spacious double bedroom available in a lovely modern home, equipped with a kitchen, a large living room with TV and dining area, a well-kept garden with patio, and a modern bathroom shared between two other flatmates. The house is located in a quiet residential area and is only a short 5-10 minute bus ride to Walthamstow central, a quick 15 minute tube journey to central London on the Victoria line, or 15 minutes to Liverpool Street on the train. Wood Street Station is also a swift 10 minute walk away. The house is fully furnished with washer, dryer, garage and kitchen appliances.

We're looking for considerate, laid-back friendly people who enjoy socialising and kicking back with a beer or glass of wine or two. Person interested MUST be dog-friendly, as we have two French Bulldogs who enjoy sleeping on the couch and hanging out in the kitchen.
