Double room in friendly house - couples welcomed
I have a double bedroom available in the Walthamstow area. It is a very friendly and comfortable accommodation and the area has good transport links to central London using the Victoria line, buses or British Rail straight into Liverpool Street.
I have been a host for over 60 months for international students so I am respectful of different cultures. I have hosted people from France, Spain, Bulgaria, Australia, Italy, Hungary, Germany, Taiwan, Poland etc.
Walthamstow Shopping Centre and restaurants are nearby and the gym, swimming pool and park are within walking distance.
The room is big, with chest of drawers, wardrobe and desk. Equipped kitchen with microwave and washing machine.
FREE Wireless broadband internet facilities are available.
The rent is inclusive of bills; £130 per week.
This is for a short term let. I am looking for friendly people who would like to stay for a period of up to 16 weeks or so.
