ME
I'm friendly, laid back, a bit of a culture vulture, and into a random selection of activities, gigs, art shows, theatre, I have been known to stomp around the odd festival or two. I work as an Operations Manager for a design agency in Farringdon. I like to kick back in the evenings in front of the TV, with a book, do some cooking, I also have a busy social life. I keep the place tidy. I like nothing more than hanging at home on a Sunday reading the papers, I like my own space but equally like being sociable, I'm currently a smoker, but I only smoke outdoors.

YOU
I'm looking for fun, friendly, sociable, reliable, tidy and easygoing female housemates. Someone who'll enjoy the place as much as I do and who can water the plants when I'm away. Preferably professional thirty-something. Happy to hang out, watch TV, be sociable yet respect one another’s space and of course pay the bills on time.

TRANSPORT
From Blackhorse Road:
Tube - to Kings Cross St Pancrass - 17mins (Victoria Line)
Train - to Liverpool Street - 12 mins (National Express train) (from St James street)
Buses – Loads of them.

AMENTIES
Sainsburys is about 12 minutes walk away, the international supermarket is 3 minutes walk away. The mall is about 15minuites walk which has many of the high street names including, Topshop, HMV, Waterstones.

The Market is on every day, Sundays is the popular farmers market with a French market every so often.

There are some interesting international shops including the oriental supermarket. Walthamstow market has a few lovely coffee shops; if haven’t been to cafe Rio, check out the 50’s and movie decor.

GREEN SPACES
3 minutes walk to Stoneydown Park, Epping Forest is at the end of Forest Road
It is also only about a 15 minute walk to the marshes which is great for bike rides, walks, runs etc.
