View going in the room

A bed in a roomshare is available starting June 2nd. The room will be shared with a guy (me), my friend is moving out and I'm looking for somebody to fill the empty space. Make preferred. :)
Speak decent English(so we can understand each other), be friendly and if you are ok with sharing and can keep things clean after yourself we might get along just fine and it could be yours.
The flat has decent WiFi (~ 8Mpbs), a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, washing machine and is very central. Sadly the living room has been converted to a room - But there's an inner court outside with grass and benches. Due to the fact that the kitchen is rather small each room has it's own fridge/freezer so that is covered as well. The place is just off of East St. and the market there (for those who know the area).
Within a 3 minute walk you can find a Tesco Express, Morrisons and Iceland; Marks & Spencer, and bus stops for busses that take you to many parts of London: 68, 148, 12, 171, 176, 468, 35, 45, 40, N68, N89, N171. Elephant and Castle and Kennington tube stations are both also within a 10 minute walk distance. The rent is 80 POUNDS PER WEEK (320/MONTH) BILLS INCLUDED, and is PAYABLE EVERY TWO WEEKS. The DEPOSIT is 2 WEEKS' RENT and there is also 20 POUNDS charge FOR the KEYS.
