I'm subletting my room from Monday the 4th of August to the 17th of September.

Double Bed.
£75 a week - ALL BILLS INCLUDED
With a £100 deposit - that will be returned at the end of the lease

Large double room, in central London location.
15 minutes on the bus to Waterloo station. 7 minutes to Elephant & Castle.
5 minutes walk away from a big Tesco, 10 minutes from a bigger ASDA, and around the corner from lovely Burgess Park.
Sharing the flat with 3 absolute legends of housemates, Madie 20, Gus 28, Jamie 32, and a cat called Cups. We are a social house that likes to share a drink together.
Ideally looking for a girl to take the room but boys welcome too, and must want the room for the whole 6 weeks.
Inspections to take place this Sunday 03/08 & Monday 04/08
