The flat has two good size double rooms and more than ample communal living space. It's on the first floor of a two floor, quiet apartment block - there are six flats in total. It's secure, and even when the weather is a little colder it benefits from the insulation of the flats above and below.

It was refurbished just before I moved in (around six months ago) and is furnished. The rent is £700 per month plus bills and there's a six week deposit required.

It has wifi, washer/dryer, bath and shower, and gas central heating (not that there is much need for that at the moment!).

It has a bus stop just at the end of the road serviced 24hrs by various routes, there's a 24hr gym at the end of the road as well as a 24hr supermarket less than 30 seconds walk away.

Within 10 minutes you can walk to either Kennington Tube or Elephant & Castle Underground and mainline station. You can easily and safely walk into Central London in around 40mins or access it by bus in approx 15-20mins.

There's a load of shops on your door step and Burgess Park is only a few minutes walk away.
