Lovely double room in an awesome house in Walworth

Hello,

I am leaving to go travelling for a year on the 4th October. I would ideally like to come back however that's only if someone wants to take the house for a year.

We live in a 2 floored house above a shop. Three bedrooms and separate toilet / bathroom upstairs. The room to let is either the small (double bed - £490) or medium sized (double bed £510) both rooms are furnished. Downstairs we have a very spacious and homely living room and a modern kitchen. We also have a spacious patio outside which we have furnished with sofas and a bbq for rockin' summer parties.

Our house is just off Walworth road which has buses to most places you want to go to in London! There are also good connections for night buses for those late nights. Alternatively we are a 10 min walk from Elephant and Castle Station or Kennington. I cycle which has been incredible to get to work (10-15 minutes) and can get to most places on the weekend in under 30 minutes.

We all shop in the market which is so cheap and is open everyday except Monday. There are also supermarkets 5 mins away for anything else.

Bills come to around £70 per month on average.

About us - I am a civil servant, originally from Hong Kong, moving out since I am taking a sabbatical to go travel for a year. Maria is Spanish and Jasmine is English - they are both lovely and very reasonable flatmates. We all like to spend time together in the lounge and cooking together on a Sunday :)

In my opinion this property is extremely good value for money - I am really sad to risk not being able to come back to this house if no one is interested in taking it just for 1 year.

So the small or medium double rooms may be available and we can negotiate this along with the term of the lease.

We are doing all day viewings this weekend (30th/31St August)!!
