It is with a heavy heart I say goodbye to this beautiful flat and my two amazing housemates. I am moving away to start a life outside of London after 10 years here.
Looking for a sociable, lovely person to replace me.
The room is the smallest in the house. Fits a double bed and has in built storage cupboard. There is a sit in kitchen and separate living room. Bathroom with bath and shower and separate toilet.
The building is a part of a block of 1930s (I think) purpose built yellow brick tenement buildings with bay windows, with three other flats in each section and shared yard to lock your bicycle if you have one.
It's a great location. Not far from the Northern line, Bakerloo line, and overland trains. You can walk to the Southbank in just over 30 minutes too. Camberwell is also not far which has brilliant pubs and restaurants.
