A lovely room in a house with a garden

A lovely west facing double room available on a quiet street in west Walworth (5 min walk to Kennington tube station).
The room has a really comfortable bed in our two bedroom house with a garden in a very friendly neighbourhood.

All bills included: electricity, gas, council tax, water and wi-fi. Also can provide bed linen and towels, parking and a cleaner for an additionally.

If you are only planning to use the room for a couple of days per week we are happy to knock down rent (but we do require a min of £450).

We are a young family - our little boy is 11 months (he is a very happy boy and sleeps through the night); we have a cat who just comes in for food and warm, so not allowed in the bedrooms. Yanni and myself are easy going busy working parents - Yanni is a carer and I run a small cleaning company based in London.

We love cooking, music, having friends around - our neighbours are good friends; we are also interested in photography, art, enlightenment and world affairs.

The area is very good for transport links -20min to west end, 30min to north London. If you like walking - London bridge is about 35-40min walking - less to Waterloo and Westminster. There is a park nearby, local shops and great gastro pubs and places to eat.

As usual we might have a baby wake up in the night but only in the occasions when he is unwell. Our friend stayed for a whole week and we had only one or two occasions of a noisier crying. There is always a set of ear plugs to resolve that problem. During the day we are often out no matter whats the season.
