Hey, we have two awesome, bright and cosy double rooms available in a 2-bedroom flat near Elephant & Castle. We can either rent them out separately (so don't hesitate to get in touch if you're looking for just one room) or as a whole!
The flat features a fully fitted open plan kitchen with all the necessary appliances including a washing machine, a large living room, and a bathroom with a shower/bath. Bills include heating, so you don't need to stock up on jumpers in the winter!

The bedrooms contain a double bed, built-in wardrobe with lots of storage space, chest of drawers and a bedside table.

The area is well-connected: only 10 min walk from Elephant & Castle or Kennington tube stations and there are lots of buses and night buses from the nearby Walworth road. London Bridge and Waterloo are only a 25 minute walk.

Walworth road with shops (including Morrisons, M&S, Iceland) and takeaways catering to any taste is only minutes away. Old Kent Road with ASDA, Aldi, Tesco is only a 15-minute walk. Nearby Burgess Park is ideal for walks or barbecues. Also despite what people might tell you, I've never experienced any problems with safety, E&C is definitely not as dodgy as it used to be, in case you're worried ;)

I've really enjoyed living in the flat and the surrounding area, but I need to move back home, which is why I'm advertising!
