Lovely double in recently refurbished house.

Hi everyone,

I'm living in my sister's beautiful house for the next seven months while she is off travelling the world! My current flatmate is moving out so I'm looking for someone new.

The house has recently been refurbished from scratch by my sis, who is a bit of a perfectionist and design guru, so it's now a beautiful space with handpicked furniture and fittings etc. It's a lovely place to relax after a day at work.

The available room is a furnished double with desk, chest of drawers and wardrobe, with further storage available around the house. There is a separate living room, study, shared kitchen and bathroom, and small balcony with chairs which is great when the sun comes out.

The house is on a tree lined and quiet street, close to Faraday Gardens and the Walworth Road, with Elephant & Castle tube about 10/15 mins away on foot. There is a handy corner shop at the end of the road, and Bermondsey Street and Camberwell are close at hand with loads of great pubs, restaurants etc.

I'm looking for a non smoking professional who is clean and tidy. I'm pretty laid back and out and about a fair bit so you'll have the run of the place fairly often.

Rent is £750 with bills on top (which generally come to about £130).
