The area:
The flat is ideally located about 8 mins walk from Stockwell tube for the Northern and Victoria lines and is about 6 mins from Wandsworth Road overground. We are in walking distance of Brixton or Vauxhall and a short bus hop into Clapham. Locally we have a few nice things too such as a good choice of supermarkets, a Gym almost next to the property and a local theatre.
The housemate:
Sharing with one guy, late 20’s. Looking for a flatmate as my housemate is moving away. Sad to see her go, but perfect opportunity for someone to take her great room in our comfortable but modern flat.
