Spacious double room in three bedroom flat off Wandsworth road. The flat is split over three floors - on the first floor there is a well equipped kitchen (with gas cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, lots of cupboard space, dining table and a balcony), one bedroom, a small toilet, and a living room with two comfortable sofas, bookshelves, fireplace and TV.

On the second floor there is a large, recently redecorated bathroom, with a shower over bath and a washing machine. There is also a balcony off the bathroom, perfect for drying clothes in the summer.

On the third floor are the remaining two bedrooms, the one for rent is the largest in the house and has two in built wardrobes, a bookshelf above the bed, comfortable double bed and chest of drawers. There is plenty of room for more furniture also should you need it.

The flat will be shared with two easy-going housemates, one male one female, both young professionals. The flat is non smoking with no pets. There is a weekly cleaning rota covering the bathrooms, kitchen and living room. Both flatmates enjoy cooking, relaxing, TV, movies. We're not a loud/party house, but are very sociable and invested in making the flat a home.

The area is good. There is a nice high street with a small tesco, local grocers, hardware shops, hairdressers, gym and cafés and restaurants. Plenty of GPs and a dentist very nearby also.

There are good transport links: Stockwell tube station is 15 minutes walk away and there are bus stops 30 seconds from the door with convenient busses to vauxhall tube station, Central London, clapham and Brixton.
