Great Double Room Short Term Lease For October
Hello!
I am going overseas for three weeks in October (6 -30) and I would like to rent out my room in the meantime.
The flat has a large sunny kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, a separate toilet, and three bedrooms. Unfortunately there is no living room. My room is furnished, with a double bed, desk, bedside table, chest of drawers and wardrobe. I will leave space in the wardrobe and chest of drawers for your use!
The flat is very well located, 1-2 minutes walk from two different bus stops that go all over London, 7 minutes walk from Waterloo Station, 30 minutes walk over the river to the Strand.
The neighbourhood is quiet and has many local shops including a Sainsbury's 7 minutes walk away open 24/7.
My rent is usually 660 for the full month, but I am offering it at a discounted rate - 150 for each week = 450 in total.
I would prefer a female tenant, someone who wants to stay for the full three weeks, and is happy to pay via bank transfer.
Because I am leaving early afternoon of the 6th of October you would need to be able to pick up the keys from me that morning.
Do not hesitate to get in contact if you have any questions!
Francesca :)
