Fully furnished double room with a double bed and including (almost) all bills (Wifi/Gas/Cleaning Service) available from around the 26th of April in a comfortable West Kensington flat, which has a kitchen (with brand new oven and washer/dryer) and bathroom (with shower and bath). No living room unfortunately.
The only extra utility is a roughly £10 monthly electricity bill.

Location-wise, you are within:
- a 3 min walking distance of West Kensington tube (District line) and bus station
- 5 min walking distance from Baron's Court tube station (Piccadily line)
- giant Tesco, Co-Op, a really amazing pub and even a local vegetable/fruit/flower market
- 35 min walking distance of Imperial College
- 25 min walking distance of High Street Kensington and its stretch of boutiques and shops

You will be sharing with two very friendly, outgoing and inclusive guys (a teacher and a student), who work hard during the day and appreciate having a restful atmosphere at home.

I'm going traveling and need someone to move into my double room around the 26th of April but I'm happy to negotiate a move in date. PM to arrange a viewing.
