Lovely Double bedroom - West Kensington

Hey! We are looking for a new flatmate in early-to-mid June.

About the flat:
It's a good sized top floor flat - 3 bedrooms in total and a large living room (three sofas, coffee table, dining table and HD TV).

Large skylight/roof canopy windows allow for plenty of natural light. It also has a lovely private roof terrace, which is awesome in the summer! We host the occasional summer BBQ/drinks. But it's not a party house.

Bedroom:
The room comprises of double bed, bay windows, built in storage/cupboards, wardrobe, hanging rail, chest of draws and desk & chair. It also shares a (very clean) bathroom with one other flatmate.

Bills/costs:
Bills fluctuate depending on the time of year and, of course, energy/water usage. As a rough indication, bills tend to average out around £100 per person per month.
We also have a great cleaner who comes in every week. So that comes to about £30 per person per month.

In total, you're looking at around: £740 Rent + £100 Bills + £30 Cleaner = approx. £870 per month.

Location/transport:
Located in a good, safe neighbourhood the flat benefits from a choice of local shops/mini supermarkets just 1 minute around the corner. Street markets and big supermarkets are only 10-15 mins walk. Plus convenient transport links nearby, with West Ken tube (District Line) 3 mins walk and Barons Court tube (District & Piccadilly Lines) 6 mins walk.

Flatmates - Ben and Katarina:
Ben's 27, British and works in finance.
Katarina's 26, Canadian and also works in finance.
Both friendly people, like to chat, enjoy cooking, swimming, going to the gym, socialising and making the most of what London has to offer.

Potential flatmate:
Ideal flatmate is a female working professional who's friendly, quiet/considerate and a team player (contributes their fair share) - basically just a genuinely nice, normal person!
(No students and no couples).
