I have a double room to let in a garden flat in West Norwood, less than 5 minutes from the station, which runs regular services to London Bridge and Victoria that take about 20 mins. The room has a double bed, fitted wardrobe, wifi access, and tv with freeview. The rent is £500 pcm and includes a cleaner once a week. Gas and electricity are not included, but your share would generally be about £100 per quarter. You would be sharing with two other males we are fairly laid back, friendly, generally clean and tidy and respectful of each other’s privacy. The flat is finished to a fairly high standard and has a nice garden. We are looking for someone who will enjoy the peaceful surroundings and appreciate living in a nice flat, party animals need not apply.
