Greetings,

There is a single size bedroom available in this nice house located within five minutes walk from West Norwood railway station, to share in the house with a total of other three housemates aged 20-40.

The rent is £475 Pounds per month, and that includes all the cost in bills, also including the cost of gas because we are managing to use the central heating only 3 hours in the evenings and 3 hours in the mornings.

In the bedroom there is a single bed, desk and chair, single wardrobe, and book shelf, carpet in excellent condition, double glazzing window and central heating radiator. And just in front of the bedroom there is a large built-in cupboard that is for the housemate that is in this bedroom which has a storage capacity of about 2.3m height, 800mm depth and 800mm width.

The Deposit required is £219 Pounds, the equivalent to two weeks rent. The minimum term of the contract is for three months.

The house is located in zone 3 in south London at 5 minutes walking to WEST NORWOOD train station with frequent trains to Balham, Clapham, Victoria and London Bridge. There are also several buses running to central London day and night.

This is a mid terrase house consisting in four bedrooms, large kitchen (two large fridges, washing machine and cloth dryer etc), bathroom with toilet upstairs, and another separate shower and toilet downstairs, and nice garden.

There is fibre optic broadband Internet available, 50Mb/sg, with wi-fi router.

The housemates from Spain, Romania and Sierra Leone, aged 20-40, hard working people, who are respectful and friendly and help to keep the house in clean condition.

The suitable new housemate will be a friendly one working or student aged 18-40, that be happy to adhere to this house share and adhere to the visitors rules and cleaning arrangements that we have in place and have proved to be sucessfull for helping to build a homely atmosphere.

Smoking is not allowed inside the house, so you would need to smoke in the garden.
