Lovely double bedroom with private bathroom

We have a lovely double room in our recently refurbished house is West Norwood. The room is available in May.

The room:

Recently refurbished, comfy double bed, Brand new Flat screen TV, side table, desk, shelves, drawers and wardrobe. It's situated in the second floor of the house, very private and airy, great views of London, sole use of bathroom next to it.

About us:

We are a couple in our 30's, (Brazilian and British) and have a 8 months baby who is very sweet. Our room is on the first floor so you should not hear the baby or much of us.

We also have a little cat called Sassy. Occasionally we have guests in another spare room or friends staying on a temporary basis.

The house:

The house is really spacious (4beds) and has been recently been refurbished with eat in kitchen , two bathrooms and a lovely garden.

Kitchen is well equipped with all mod coms. Washing machine, dishwasher, double oven etc. brand new boiler and great pressure showers!

The tenancy is available immediately but flexible with dates, short and long let considered- current price is for long let (min 3 months). Please contact for short let rates.

We have a cleaner weekly which is included in the price.

West Norwood:

WN is an exciting up and coming area. The house is 7 min walk from WN station, 15 min on the bus to super trendy Brixton, direct trains to Victoria (25 min), London Bridge (28min), Clapham Junction (12min), Balham (7min) and Crystal Palace (5min). 12 min walk from Tulse Hill Station - fast trains to Blackfriars, Thames link, Peckham, East Dulwich etc..

Streatham common park is 15 min walk, and Brockwell park 20 min.

A new state of art leisure centre with gym and swimming pool is 5 min walk from the house. A brand new yoga studio just opened. There is also WN feast, a monthly community event with music, art and food stalls. 2 new pubs also just opened!
