I have a large double room in a very spacious duplex apartment with roof terrace. The property is furnished and decorated to a high standard throughout with all mod cons, excellent wifi, cable and a separate book lined study which you'd be welcome to share.
The flat is only a couple of minutes walk from a Zone 2 tube station, a bus into central London, a supermarket and a high street with various amenities. There is on-road parking available through a badge scheme with the local council.
The room has a double bed (and is extremely comfortable!), a double cupboard, double set of drawers, and desk / chair. It's south facing and very light, airy and roomy with wood floors and an original (now ornamental) fireplace. As a large duplex with high ceilings, the flat gives a feeling of space and the roof terrace is also south facing and a great place for a sunny breakfast or an unwind with a glass of wine.
Bills are included.
I'm a television writer and producer and often work from home. So I'd prefer someone fairly quiet and professional - but hopefully with a good sense of humour and easy going too.
