Great room, great price! It is a quiet single room which overlooks the garden.

The room is one of the 2 bedrooms at the top of the house; the bathroom is shared with one other lodger (female, 29yo Sth African/Hungarian, professional). In the downstairs bedrooms are the landlady (employed), a 14 yo boy (local school), and Bubbles the cat (friendly) and we have our own bathroom.

Lovely garden (and shed in front garden for bikes), large kitchen diner, WIFI, washing machine available.

2 mins from Wimbledon Chase Station (Thameslink)
163, 164, 152 and K5 bus stop at the end of the road (on Kingston Road)
0.8 miles to Raynes Park Station
1 mile to Wimbledon Station (Zone 3, with train, Tube, tram and loads of buses).
20 min walk to South Wimbledon (Northern Line)

Parking is residents only Mon-Fri, 8. 30am-6. 30pm on the road but free on Cannon Hill Lane (nearby). Permits can be bought if required (Merton Council).

Co-op and Tesco Metro 50m away (and barber, take-away, newsagent, etc).

Just to clarify - there is a child and a cat in the house but both are house trained.
