Large, comfortable, furnished double room to rent in Wimbledon Chase.

The house is over 2 floors, downstairs there is one bedroom, the lounge, kitchen and back door leading to the garden. Upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms (one for rent) and the bathroom. There is a 4th smaller spare bedroom that has a single bed and is used for storage/guests amongst us. The house is spacious and comfortable offering all the amenities you would need and expect.

You will be joining 2 young professionals working in the city who have called this home for over 2 years. We work hard and like to unwind and chill out in the house. We are considerate, like to keep the place clean and have the occasional BBQ in the garden if the weather is good. We wish our exiting house mate all the best as he is buying his own place after having lived here for 5 years.
