The house is beautifully furnished and decorated. You'd have use of kitchen, dining room and living room (when I'm not using it - which is often).
Less than 10 mins walk to Raynes Park station, 20 mins to Wimbledon village, 2 mins to 57 bus stop. Lovely quiet leafy neighbourhood.
Suit someone friendly, reasonably clean and considerate. References for me are available from previous lodger. Not fussy about your job, lifestyle or interests, but prefer no cats or drugs. Thanks, look forward to meeting you!
