Our house is in a super convenient location situated in between both Raynes Park and Wimbledon stations. We are close to the local shops, cafes and bars including the local Waitrose and Starbucks. There are great transport links into Clapham Junction, Waterloo, Kingston and Surbiton and of course the District line tube at Wimbledon!

We currently have a lovely sunny double bedroom which comes fully furnished and with original stripped wooden floorboards. There is a double bed and plenty of wardrobe space and chest of drawers. The remainder of the house is also neutrally decorated with a kitchen diner and comfortable shared living room to relax in. There is a small, sunny, patio garden and the house also benefits from a bathroom and shower room.

You will be sharing with other friendly, considerate professionals, so we're looking for someone similar to join us.

The rent is excluding bills and the equivalent of one months rent is required as a deposit to secure the room.

The property falls into council tax band F.
