3 bedrooms house in Raynes Park with sunny garden

Friendly quiet homely house with sunny garden is available from 6th Mar 2015 for the single room.

The house has shared living room, washing machine, gas cooker, oven, broadband, central heating, a good shower + sunny garden.

The house is on a quite street with great transportation links. 7 minutes walking distance from Raynes Park train station. 4 minutes to Wimbledon/ 25 minutes to Waterloo station by train.

The spacious single room has lots of built on storage space and shelving units.
This room is for only one person.
Housemates bring friends for dinner or coffee are more than welcome, but not stay over. This is the one house rule, however, who know you might find great friendship in the house instead?

Bills are not included in the rent, which would be around £100 per month per each person. (less than £100 in summer time)

I am from South Korea, love tea and coffee + half pint of Guinness. :) And my housemate, Elliot, is from Surrey, love running.
My landlord is looking for a prospective tenant who works full-time 9 to 5.
