You'd be sharing with 2 girls and a guy 24-28 all working professionals and great chilled housemates

the rent is £525 per month and we put in around £130 per month for bills

the house is huge with loads of space and a massive garden at the back, perfect for BBQ's in the summer.

big open plan lounge/dining room with full sky HD tv, the kitchen has all modern appliances including double fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.

great transport links to anywhere in or around London, its an 8 min walk to the northern line tube, or either a bus or train into wimbledon in 5 mins,
though we do also have off street parking.

i have lived here for just over a year and have found it a great house to live with great housemates who all get along really well but also have their own friendship groups.
