Double Room in a recenly reburbished house

Hey everyone.

One of our housemate is leaving our house ( moving with his girlfriend ) so you have the opportunity to join our awesome houseshare.

You would share the house with 2 guys and 1 girl and my cat Sherlock.

Your room contains a double Ottoman bed ( storage under it, powered by some gas lifts ), with a wardrobe and is upstairs with the bathroom.

The house has been recently refurbished with a new kitchen and bathroom, and wooden floor on the ground floor. A cleaner comes every two weeks and is included in the rent for the common areas.

I installed a TV with Netflix and Amazon video, blu-ray player ... Everything to share a moment with a glass on our old but comfy sofa.

We are between Raynes Park and Wimbledon, there is a great selection of pubs and restaurants. The house is also close from a Tesco, Coop and M&S ( 5minutes ) or a large Waitrose at Raynes Park Station.

The house is located between Wimbledon and Raynes Park for the main stations. There's also Wimbledon Chase, less than 5 minutes away but the train is not that frequent. Morden is also within reach in 5-10 minutes by bus for the Northern Line ( 24hours now !! )
