Small bedroom £400/month

Hi! I'm going to leave my room and my flatmates are looking for an awesome flatmate to share a newly refurbished house in Wood Green.

The house: 4 bedrooms, a fully fitted kitchen

The bedroom : It's quite small, but there is a bedroom and two wardrobes

The current flatmates : They are three working French girls from 23 to 26 years old

They are seeking for a funny / nice / reliable worker, no matter if you are a boy or a girl, no matter your nationality as long as we have a good feeling together! The house is located 10min walk from wood Green tube station, near the shopping area (morrison, sainsbury, lidl, shopping centre, 2 cinemas...). We are living in a four bedroom house, with one bathroom, one living room and a big kitchen. We also have a small garden where we will be able to organise some barbecue during the summer time. The rent is 400pounds and does not include bills (around 50 pounds a month)
