2 floor flat near Woodside Park Station

PART-TIME LODGER WANTED (Saturday mornings to Monday mornings only, although Friday nights as well could be included for £250pcm.

Hello,

I am looking for a part-time lodger - weekends only (Sat. morning to Mon. morning, possibly Friday nights as well).
I live in a spacious flat on 2 floors -2 bedrooms, a bathroom and separate toilet upstairs and a big lounge and kitchen downstairs. All the windows including bedrooms are double-glazed - makes a big difference in winter! The bedroom is fully furnished. There is a bed (SINGLE, NOT DOUBLE), decent-sized wardrobe and chest-of-drawers plus a desk and chair. The lounge has a big TV and DVD and leads onto a private balcony.
My flat is a 1-minute walk from Woodside Park station (Northern Line), which is a short hop to Camden Town and Central London. The main road is a 5-minute walk away. There is a Gym plus the usual shops - a big Sainsburys, banks, WH Smiths, large Post Office, a couple of hairdressers etc.
Although some people might not like the idea of living with the Landlord, there are advantages. If something goes wrong in the flat, I am on the spot to repair it. No shivering in the winter waiting for the heating to be fixed - it would be done the same day! I have also spent a lot of money on a new kitchen and bathroom.
A bit about me - I'm a shop manager for Ladbrokes and a big football fan. I work most Saturdays and don't get home till about 9. 30 in the evening, so you will have the flat to yourself for most of the day.
