About Us

This is for a house share in a furnished 3 bedroomed house. Myself (sarah) and a friend (leila) bought the house 10 yrs ago. I currently spend 70% of my time living in York with my partner and 30% living in London, depending on work. I have two rooms that I rent out. One is currently occupied by a lovely couple, the other room is available for a single lodger as the current lodger will be moving on to new pastures. We are a sociable house and enjoy chilling out with a glass of wine or two over dinner. I work in TV and the others work in Finance and the Medical profession. We are Looking for someone who is clean, tidy, friendly, outgoing and who is looking for a place to call home

All bills are included, including WIFI/TV,

The house is fully furnished with lovely big Sofas, TV, DVD player, dinning room table & Chairs.
The kitchen is fully equipped, with cooker, fridge freezer, bread bin, scales, all cooking equipment, utensils, cutlery, pots, pans, plates, cups, glasses etc etc etc!!!

There is also a washing machine, hoover, iron, ironing board.

The bathroom is currently getting refurbished

The garden is perfect for BBQ's and entertaining.

The room is £580 pcm inclusive of bills

Location

The house is on a quite residential road. It takes me 7-8 minutes to walk down to Woolwich Arsenal station where the links into London are great. To get here from the station you can either walk or if you are feeling lazy the 51 & 53 bus from outside the station takes you to Burrage Place in just 2 stops.
