Double large room to let in a house with shared facilities available from the 1st of September. We are looking for a single professional non smoker person (not couples) to rent this room in a stylish Victorian house, close to Woolwich Common Park and Woolwich town centre.
The house has been refurbished and you will share use of a large living room and kitchen, 3 bathrooms, a cellar, patio, 2 car parks, laundry, patio and beautiful garden.
In the living room there is a 50” plasma screen with Dolby surround sound and leather sofas. The laundry and the kitchen are fully equipped.
The rent is £550 p/m, which includes all bills, electricity, gas, water, council tax, SKY with movies package and wireless.
There is a great international environment. You will share this house with male and female professional people from UK, Spain and Greece.
The Room; this is a double large, spacious and high ceiling room. The room has king size solid bed, comfortable mattress, wardrobe, drawer and design glass desk. It is a bright room, with a big window, stylish wood blinds and laminate flooring. Fresh duvet and pillows provided. It has views to Herbert Road, in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood.
Transport: Woolwich Arsenal DLR and Rail Train are about 15´walk form the house and 8´by bus. The 386 bus stop is just in front the house door which goes to Woolwich centre and Greenwich.
Distances: From Woolwich Arsenal to Bank by DLR takes 30´ and to Canary Wharf by DLR takes 20´
From Woolwich Arsenal to London Bridge by train takes 25´
From the house to Greenwich town centre by bus takes 30´
There are other three buses that you can take at the end of the road which go to Woolwich Centre.
